1. Are the programs legitimate?
Yes. Our partnerships with Third Party Sponsors seeking to acquire new consumers enable us to give away the Gifts. We have sent tens of thousands of gifts to consumers over the years. Essentially, our advertisers cover the costs of your gift, including shipping and handling.
2. How much will the Gift cost me?
Your gift is free, including shipping and handling, upon completion of Sponsor’s offers as defined in the Program Requirements and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
3. Am I eligible to become a Member?
To qualify to become a Member, you must read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies and agree to them in their entirety. In addition, you must be a person over eighteen (18) years of age who is a resident of the United States. To access our Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, please click the applicable link(s) at the bottom of this page. Employees and relatives of the Company, and persons residing with such individuals, are not eligible to become Members. Only one Membership per person is permitted. Corporations, businesses and governmental entities are also not eligible to become Members or otherwise participate. For purposes of this Agreement, “United States” shall be defined as the fifty (50) states of the Union and territories including Midway Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Guam.
4. How Many Gifts Can I Receive?
Only one account per person is eligible to participate in the Program or receive a Gift.
5. What are “Offers”?
Examples of Sponsor Offers include, without limitation, trial offers, credit cards, product offers, service offers, other low-cost or commercial offers and Refer-a-Friend Offers. Some offers require a purchase to be made, while others are free trials that convert to paying obligations or free applications that do not require an initial purchase. Others require approval or activation of an account (for some credit card-related offers, the card must be activated by making a purchase, transferring a balance or getting a cash advance for the applicable offer to be considered “complete”).
6. How many offers do I have to complete to get my Gift?
Each Promotion requires the completion of a set number of offers, based on the value of the gift, on up to three (3) offer pages, and other conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions. For example, to receive a $500 gift card you may need to complete: “Two (2) offers on Page 1 (Silver Offers)”, “Two (2) offers on Page 2 (Gold Offers)”, and “Four (4) offers on Page 3 (Platinum Offers)”. We include a variety of offers on each page so that you can choose the Offers that you find most attractive.
7. How often do you change the offers on each page?
The offers on each page change periodically. We strive to give you a variety of choices to fit your interests. We encourage you to check back often with us for additional offers that may interest you.
8. How do I complete an offer?
To “complete” each Sponsor Offer, you must fulfill the exact set of Sponsor Offer Requirements as indicated on the Site, the Sponsor must report to us that you have successfully completed their offer (Sponsor notification typically takes 4 weeks), and you must not exceed the “Cancellation Limitation” which states that that you will not be eligible to receive a Gift in this Promotion if, within 60 days of your Sponsor Offer Initial Transaction Date, you cancel your participation in more than two Sponsor Offers you have completed as a part of the Program Requirements (the “Cancellation Limitation”). Please be aware that the “Cancellation Policy” will only apply to those Sponsor Offers completed while this policy was in effect. The Cancellation Limitation applies regardless of whether such limitations appear in the advertiser’s Terms and Conditions for the applicable Sponsor Offer. Once the 60 day timeframe has passed you will be prompted to submit acceptable documentation to validate your full participation in the advertiser’s offer(s). Acceptable documentation will be your Billing Statements (with the account number blacked out except for the last 4 digits of your account number) showing the transactions, that reflect your participation with the merchant for the past 60 days.
If you choose Refer-a-Friend as one or more of the Offers required; once each of your qualified friends completes the requisite number of Sponsor Offers on Silver, Gold or Platinum pages and keeps those offers for 60 days as indicated in the Program Requirements, your Refer-a-Friend Offer will be considered complete.
9. Does the survey I filled out in the beginning count towards my total completed offers?
No. The purpose of the survey is to learn about your interests, so that we can provide you with information and future marketing materials and Offers that fit your personality and lifestyle.
10. If I registered for the promotion while the “Cancellation Limitation” was not in effect, will I still be held to the Revised Terms and Conditions?
If you registered for the promotion and completed Sponsor Offers, the “Cancellation Limitation” will only apply to those offers completed while this policy was in effect.
11. How do I check the status of my Gift?
To check your Gift status, please visit the Gift Status Page of your Member Account. Upon first completing an Offer, the Offer may show up in your Gift Status Page as an “Offer Viewed.” Once we receive confirmation from the applicable Third Party Sponsor that you have fulfilled all the subject offer requirements, the status will change from “Not Reported” to “Reported” on the Gift Status Page of your Member Account. If you choose not to complete the offer, the offer will remain posted as “Not Reported.” You will also have to check the status of your Refer-a-Friend Offer if you have invited any friends. Once each of your friends has completed the requisite number of Sponsor Offers as indicated on the Refer-a-Friend Offer Page, the status section next to your friend’s email address will display “Qualified”.
12. How do I return to the offer pages to review or finish the applicable offers?
To return to any of the three offer pages, simply click on the link provided on the Gift Status Page of your Member Account. From there, you can review and complete additional offers to satisfy requirements for your Gift.
13. I completed offers, but they are not showing up in your system. Why?
We rely on each Sponsor to provide us with timely reporting and confirmation of your successful completion of their Sponsor Offer. It may take four (4) to six (6) weeks before we receive confirmation from the applicable Third Party Sponsor, so please be patient. If six (6) weeks has passed from the time that you believe that you completed the applicable offer, and it is still not showing up in our system, please contact our friendly Customer Service team. You must save all receipts, order confirmation, records and materials that show your transaction history with each Sponsor Offer. You may be asked for copies of receipts, order confirmations and other relevant documents in the Gift Redemption process to verify your transactions with Sponsors and failure to produce the required documents for a Sponsor Offer when requested may result you not receiving completion credit for that Sponsor Offer.
This also applies to you if you chose Refer-a-Friend Offers and your friend(s) completed Sponsor Offers that were not showing up in our system.
14. Do I have to complete the offer(s) through your Site, or can I go to the Third Party Sponsor(s) directly and complete my transaction(s)?
You will not be able to receive credit for your participation in the Program if you do not complete the Offer through our Site. You must complete the Offers from our Third Party Sponsors precisely as set forth on the Site in order to receive a Gift.
15. How will I know when I have qualified for my gift?
In order to receive your gift from us you must complete the required number of offers for the promotion. Please be aware that the “Cancellation Limitation” will only apply to those Sponsor Offers completed while this policy was in effect. Therefore, you cannot cancel more than two Sponsor Offers, and do not cancel the rest of the Sponsor Offers you chose for at least 60 days. You must save all receipts, order confirmation, records and materials that show your transaction history with each Sponsor Offer. You may be asked for copies of these receipts, order confirmations and other relevant documents in the Gift Redemption process to verify your transactions with Sponsors and failure to produce the required documents for a Sponsor Offer when requested may result you not receiving completion credit for that Sponsor Offer.
If you chose the Refer-a-Friend Offer, your friend must remain a member with the sponsor’s offers for 60 days. They must save all receipts, order confirmation, records and materials that show their transaction history with each Sponsor Offer. They will be asked for copies of these receipts, order confirmations and other relevant documents in the Gift Redemption process to verify their transactions with Sponsors and failure to produce the required documents for a Sponsor Offer when requested may result in you not receiving completion credit for that Sponsor Offer.
16. Okay my friends and I sent everything in. Now what happens?
After providing your Bank Statements and the 60 day timeframe has been checked and verified, check the “Gift Status” section of your Member Account information on the Site on a regular basis so that you’ll be able to see your progress. When a sufficient number of Sponsors have reported to us that you have successfully completed their offers, your account will be updated accordingly and you will receive a Gift Redemption Voucher for you to print out, complete and mail in for your gift. Once you have sent in your Gift Redemption Voucher, the Gift Status section of your Member Account will be updated.
17. When will I get my Gift?
You should receive your gift within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after mailing in your completed Gift Redemption Voucher. If eight (8) weeks has passed since you mailed in your Gift Redemption Voucher, and you still haven’t received your gift, please contact our friendly Customer Service team.
18. Can I change my Gift?
No. Once you have registered for a specific gift, it cannot be changed.
19. Can I change or update my contact information, including my e-mail address?
At this time, changes to your contact information, including your e-mail address, cannot be processed. Please make sure to retain the original e-mail address that you provided to us when you registered to become a Member in order to access your Member Account and check on your gift status.
20. How do I cancel a membership, offer, transaction, purchase, or other agreement with a Third Party Sponsor?
The Sponsors are solely responsible for their offers, program requirements, refunds, products, cancellations and related customer service. For those questions, please contact the Sponsors directly. Please also understand that you will not be eligible to receive a gift in this promotion if, within 60 days of your Sponsor Offer Initial Transaction Date, you cancel your participation in more than two Sponsor Offers you have completed as a part of the Program Requirements (the “Cancellation Limitation”). The Cancellation Limitation applies regardless of whether such limitations appear in the advertiser’s Terms and Conditions for the applicable Sponsor Offer. We are unable to assist with any of these matters.
21. If I cancel a membership, trial offer, or other agreement with a Third Party Sponsor after signing up, will the associated offer be considered completed?
Some offers require a purchase to be made, while others are free trials that convert to paying obligations if not canceled or free applications that do not require an initial purchase (and generally can be cancelled without obligation if you do not want to consent to the purchase after the free period ends). Please also be reminded of the Cancellation Limitations detailed in the Terms and Conditions which state that you will not be eligible to receive a Gift in this Promotion if, within 60 days of your Sponsor Offer Initial Transaction Date, you cancel your participation in more than two Sponsor Offers you have completed as a part of the Program Requirements (the “Cancellation Limitation”). The Cancellation Limitation applies regardless of whether such limitations appear in the advertiser’s Terms and Conditions for the applicable Sponsor Offer.
22. Is there any time limit to complete the offers?
Yes. You must complete the required number of Sponsor Offer Initial Transactions within 60 days following the Program Sign-up Date, and all the steps in the Program Requirements (including the mailing-in of your Gift Redemption Voucher) must be completed within 180 days of your Program Sign-up Date. If you completed “Refer-a-Friend Offers, each friend you referred must also complete the requisite number of Sponsor Offers as indicated in the “Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail within the 60 days following the date that you signed up for the gift.
23. Why might I be asked to provide Proofs of Purchase and/or Proof of Identification?
In case of any discrepancy or an audit regarding the completion of your Offers, you may be required to provide proof of completing the Offers in question, along with associated statements. In order to protect you, we may request proof of identification, especially when fraud or identity theft may be suspected.
24. Why do I need to have my documents notarized?
The notary section of our Confirmation Form and our Gift Redemption Voucher are present for your protection, as well as ours. This notarization assures us that you are the person who qualified for the Gift, and assures you that no other person purporting to be you can claim your Gift.
25. Do I have to pay taxes on my Gift?
You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. To comply with federal and state tax codes, we report your receipt of any Gifts with a fair market value in excess of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) to the IRS. We must obtain your Social Security Number in order to do this. Federal and state tax authorities will consider your Gift “income.” Please visit www.irs.gov for more information.
26. How do I know whether or not I used a valid link to register for the Program?
Our Programs are presented to customers by invitation only. This means that you will only receive valid links through our e-mail advertisements, pop-up advertisements, and/or web page banners. Links obtained from friends or other venues usually are obsolete and will not enable you to qualify for Gift redemption.
27. Am I being spammed? /How do I unsubscribe from receiving e-mail?
No. Our e-mails are not SPAM. We strictly comply with the guidelines established by the CAN SPAM Act of 2003, as amended. However, in exchange for your Gift, use of the Site and participation in the Programs, you agree to receive e-mail solicitations from us, our Third Party Sponsors, as well as our other third party advertisers and marketers. To stop receiving e-mail from us, our Third Party Sponsors and/or our third party advertisers and marketers, please follow the instructions contained in our Privacy Policy. 28. Why am I getting Pop-Ups?
If you are getting an excessive number of Pop-Ups, it is possible that your computer has been infected by spyware and/or adware. We DO NOT install any type of spyware or adware on your computer and disapprove of its use. Contact your Internet service provider for instructions on removing such programs.
29. How do I Refer-a-Friend?
You will see Refer-a-Friend Offers on Silver, Gold and Platinum offer pages. You can refer multiple friends to assist you in completing your Sponsor Offer requirements. You will receive Sponsor Offer completions for qualified friends you invite that complete the requisite number of Sponsor offers as indicated on the Refer-a-Friend offer pages and Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail. For example, a Silver Refer-a-Friend Offer may require 1 friend to complete 2 Sponsor Offers for you to receive 1 Silver Sponsor Offer completion; a Gold Refer-a-Friend Offer may require 2 friends to complete 2 Sponsor Offers each for you to receive 1 Gold Sponsor Offer completion; a Platinum Refer-a-Friend Offer may require 3 friends to complete 2 Sponsor Offers each for you to receive 1 Platinum Sponsor Offer completion.
30. If I complete Refer-a-Friend Offers, what does my friend have to do so I get credit?
If you complete Refer-a-Friend Offers, each friend you referred must complete the requisite number of Sponsor Offers ,as indicated in the Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail sent to them, within 60 days following the date that you signed up for the gift. Once they complete the Sponsor Offers and their Sponsor credit will be issued toward completion of your Refer-a-Friend Offer requirement.
31. If I complete Refer-a-Friend Offers, how do I check to see if I’ve received credit for referring a friend?
Please check the “Gift Status” section of your Member account. Once each of your friends has completed the requisite number of Sponsor Offers, as indicated in the Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail sent to them, the status section next to your friend’s email address will display “Qualified”.
32. If my friend does not qualify can I refer another?
Yes. Please keep in mind, they will need to complete the requisite number of Sponsor Offers ,as indicated in the Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail sent to them, within the 60 days following the date that you signed up for the gift for you to qualify for your gift.
33. What are the requirements to be a qualified friend?
- Register using the link provided in the Refer-a-Friend email
- Register with a valid residential address
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must not reside in the same address as you; their name, and email address are different than yours
- Must be able to accept emails from the Site you are signing up for
- Complete the requisite number of Sponsor Offers, as indicated in the Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail sent to you, within 60 days of your registration on the Site you signed up for
- A different friend must be referred on each Offer Page. (I.e. A friend that was referred on Silver Page cannot be referred again on Gold or Platinum Pages)
- Cannot have generated a Sponsor Offer completion for a friend in the past on this Site
34. How will I know if the friend I invited meets the qualification criteria?
When you check your gift status, the status section next to your friend’s email address will display if your friend is “Qualified” or Not Qualified”. The reason will be displayed next to “Not Qualified” as to why the friend is not qualified.
35. Can my friend be a family member or live in my home?
Your referred friend can only meet the qualification criteria if they do not live in your household.
36. What if my friend already got a gift from this Site?
If your friend already got a gift from this Site, they can complete Sponsor Offers for you to get your gift, however they won’t be able to get a second gift from this Site.
37. How many times can I refer my friend?
You can refer your friend only once for this Site.
38. What happens if my friend doesn’t complete the requisite number of Offers within 60 days of my registration?
You will need to complete another Offer to qualify for your gift.
39. Can my Friend/Friends cancel their offers?
Some offers require a purchase to be made, while others are free trials that convert to paying obligations if not canceled or free applications that do not require an initial purchase (and generally can be cancelled without obligation if you do not want to consent to the purchase after the free period ends). Please also be reminded of the Cancellation Limitations detailed in the Terms and Conditions which state that you will not be eligible to receive a Gift in this Promotion if, within 60 days your friend cancels participation of Sponsor offers.
40. If a friend of mine invited me, what should I do to qualify for my gift?
You first will need to complete the requisite number of Sponsor Offers, as indicated in the Refer-a-Friend invitation e-mail sent to you, for your friend(s) to qualify for their gift. You may complete all Program Requirements to qualify for your own gift.
41. Can I complete the set number of offers required on Silver, Gold and Platinum pages by only completing Refer-a-Friend Offers?
Yes. Please keep in mind that a different friend must be invited on each Offer Page and make sure to check the qualification requirements before inviting a friend. (FAQ # 31 and Terms & Conditions)
42. Is there anything else I should know?
